John Allen
Managing Partner
John is a principal and co-founder of Oran Capital where he oversees investment opportunities, debt structure and company operations. He has over 15 years of experience in brokerage, investing, lending and property management.
Brendon Guichet
Managing Partner
Brendon is a principal and co-founder of Oran Capital where he oversees investment analysis, acquisition/disposition, and finance. He has over 15 years of experience in brokerage, real estate investing and asset management.
Eric Graboff
Director of Operations
Eric oversees all aspects of property, asset, and construction management. He has over 15 years of experience supervising value-add acquisitions, capital projects, lending operations, and scaling property management platforms.
Alex Smith
Director of Investor Relations
Alex oversees all capital raising procedures, investor communications, relationship management, and marketing. He has over 10 years of investing experience and holds active Series 7, 24, and 63 FINRA licenses.
Tucker Tracewell
Controller
Tucker is responsible for overseeing the accounting department. He has over 5 years of specialized real estate accounting experience.
Peter Shea
Senior Associate
Peter is responsible for assisting in property and asset management operations. He oversees the full lease-up cycle, tenant relations, work orders, inspections, invoice and bid review, and construction loan draws.
Rome Sutton
Acquisitions Associate
Rome supports acquisition efforts through deal sourcing, underwriting, and transaction execution. He is involved in market research, direct outreach, financial analysis, and guiding opportunities from initial contact through closing.
